Privacy Policy

Data minimization as a core value.

Collection Context

We are in the business of digital menus, not harvesting personal data. The Signage Design Suite focuses strictly on the necessary operational data required to render your venue's offerings efficiently and reliably.

Business Data We Process

Our service naturally must collect, store, and display information pertaining strictly to your business. This broadly includes:

  • Taphouse identities, descriptions, and addresses.
  • Menu items, beverage descriptions, stock levels, and associated pricing.
  • Upcoming venue event names and dates.
  • Order sizes and quantities, strictly for the purposes of signage updates (such as calculating keg levels for the display).
  • Administrative credentials utilized by your team to access our configuration suites (all credentials are securely encrypted using industry standards).

Customer and End-User Data

We practice extreme data minimization concerning your patrons. We do not aggregate customer analytics across instances. The only data collected from your end-users occurs intrinsically during secure transit (standard web logs like IP routing for DDoS protection) and we routinely rotate, purge, or pseudonymize this log data to the best of our technical capability.

Third-Party Sharing

Your menu data remains within our secure cloud infrastructure. We do not sell your data. Third-party subprocessors we utilize are strictly those required to provide the core service (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment gateways via Paddle), and they operate under similar non-exploitative data practices.

Your Rights

Taphouse administrators can request data exports or total deletion of their instance data from our servers upon cancellation. Reach out via email, and we will reliably purge your menu history from our active databases. In the future, a direct data management and cancellation form will be available within your profile page.
