By accessing or using the Signage Design Suite ("SDS", "Service") operated by Lost Letter LLC ("us", "we", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Access to SDS is strictly governed by an instance-based subscription model. A single subscription grants you a license to operate SDS for one (1) physical venue or location. Multi-location brand owners are required to maintain an active subscription for each operational venue utilizing our platform. Attempts to consolidate multiple taphouses into a single instance violate these terms and may result in immediate suspension of service.
Taphouse owners and administrative users are responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with their instance. We strongly encourage utilizing standard security practices, as Lost Letter LLC cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with basic account safety standards.
Our service provides business-oriented digital assets. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. In no event shall Lost Letter LLC, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising out of your access to or use of the Service. We provide the suite "as is" and "as available".
We are committed to maintaining industry-standard uptime for the Signage Design Suite. However, access to the Service may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for required maintenance, critical security patching, or infrastructure upgrades. In the event of unforeseen service outages or force majeure events, our engineering team takes immediate action to restore full functionality. We accept no liability for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our direct control, including localized ISP failures, third-party gateway outages, or hardware malfunctions at your venue.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via direct notification to your registered taphouse administrative email.
